Shipping and returns policy
ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow up to 24 hours for order processing. You will receive an email within that time confirming that your order is on its way! Orders placed before 12:00 PM are eligible for same-day shipping.
SHIPPING
Domestic Shipping
Orders are delivered free of charge by Aramex within 1-2 days after hand-over. Local delivery is available for addresses within Abu Dhabi and Dubai. If local delivery is not available at checkout, your order is not eligible for this option.
Delivery to remote parts of the UAE, and during public holidays or busy seasons, may take longer.
GCC Shipping
We offer free international shipping to Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, and Saudi Arabia.
Orders are delivered by Aramex within 2-3 days after hand-over. Gaba Direct covers any import duties. Prices include VAT for countries that impose VAT on imports, so customers are not expected to pay additional charges upon delivery.
Please note that delivery times may be longer during public and business holidays, or due to customs delays, especially for remote areas.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
We accept returns for eligible items up to 14 days after delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by all original packaging. Returns are free for UAE orders, while GCC customers will have return shipping costs deducted from their refund.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at returns@gabadirect.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We will address the issue on a case-by-case basis and strive to reach a satisfactory resolution.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, such as underwear and lingerie, are not returnable unless defective or damaged. Gift cards are also non-returnable.
RETURN PROCESS
You can initiate a return through your customer profile or by contacting us at returns@gabadirect.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package.
Returns within the UAE are free of charge. For GCC customers, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund unless the item is defective or damaged.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items to ensure they are unworn and in resellable condition. Items that are not resellable will be sent back to the customer. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
